CGCS Salary Calculator

The CGCS Salary Calculators have been designed through extensive industry research to provide guidelines to UK golf clubs on salaries for their staff.

The calculators take into account facility location, budget and rating as well as the qualifications and responsibilities of the staff member(s) in question.

There are three calculators for greenkeeping staff: Golf course manager, deputy golf course manager and assistant greenkeeper. These three roles are generally found at the vast majority of UK golf facilities although titles may vary.
